Project Description
This simple tool allows you to add tags and annotations to video, similar to YouTube video annotation. This is a working application, but there are plenty of extra features that could be added. Its written in c#

I recently had to produce some video walkthroughs for some software my company was releasing. I wanted to put some simple tags or annotations on particular parts of the video at particular times, to illustrate functions.

After trying half a dozen applications, I gave up and made my own. Its quite simple, but I've found it very useful.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION

1. Definitions.

3. Grant of Patent License.

You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.

8. Limitation of Liability.

In no event and under no legal theory, whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise, unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
